The Craft: Our Production Journey
Behind every collection is a meticulous, hands-on workflow. Erum first handles the initial sketches and writes down all the specific fabric details for Kiran. Kiran then manages the execution from Karachi, coordinating closely with the master dyers and the embroidery team. Once that work is complete, the garments are sent off for tailoring and final stitching.

At Erum Kiran Couture, our goal is to invite women across the world, of every race, color, and nation, to become a part of our passion for timeless elegance and luxurious fashion. We aim to adorn them with custom-designed apparel crafted uniquely for them, bringing bespoke, quality fashion to our community one collection at a time. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of production, ensuring that every garment we create stands as a testament to the artistry of our culture and the passion behind our brand.
The Beginning: A Shared Vision
Erum and Kiran share a long-standing creative bond that began during their days studying Fashion Designing together. From an early age, their passion for design was so deep that they preferred curating and styling their own clothes rather than settling for what was available. Friends and family constantly encouraged them to turn that natural eye for fashion into a brand, as creating something of their own had always been a shared dream.
Once their kids were a little older and they found the right time to focus, they finally took the leap. It has now been two years since launching the brand, and they have successfully participated in seven exhibitions in Dubai, Karachi & Lahore and aim to keep growing.
