Refund policy

Timeframe: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Final Sale: Custom-made orders, altered garments, and sale items are strictly final sale.

Refund Processing: Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method (or via bank transfer/store credit for Cash on Delivery orders) within 7 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees and customs duties are non-refundable.
